Installing Spintires mods is not difficult, just follow these steps, you can do it easily:
- Download and then extract the mods file.
- Open your Steam folder. For example: C:/Program Files/Steam
- In this folder, go to steamapps/common/Spintires
- Open the file named media.zip.
- Drag and drop all file or folder in the folder which you just extracted before to the correct places.
- You have done!
